XLN is much more than an internet services provider as they offer a wide range of utility services which include phone, energy, and water. Their internet services include broadband, fibre, and WiFi.
XLN only uses pre-configured wireless routers that they provide free of charge which enables customers to install them themselves with little effort. They also offer their customers free public WiFi which they claim is an industry first.
XLN aims to support smaller businesses not just whilst they are getting set up with them but through their service delivery by ensuring that they get the best from their fibre services. They have a dedicated BizHub which provides advice, hints, and tips that are designed to cover all the needs of smaller businesses.
Switching To XLN Business Broadband
If you want to switch to XLN you can complete your switch online or over the phone. Once you have completed the switching details, XLN will complete the switch on your behalf. Switching takes 10 working days and there will be no downtime.

XLN installation should take place within 10 working days and there should be no disruption to your service. XLN use plug in and play routers that have been pre-configured, so switching is as simple as possible. In most cases, an engineer should not need to visit.
