Plusnet broadband is dedicated to supporting smaller businesses and their packages are designed to cater for all small business’ needs. Their packages may not offer the requirements needed by larger businesses.

Switching To Plusnet Business Broadband
If you want to switch to Plusnet you can sign up either online or call them to select which package you want. You will need to provide your business’ details and payment account. After signing up Plusnet will complete the switch for you in a minimum of 10 working days. They will contact your current provider to cancel your contract and arrange the switch over unless you are currently with Virgin Media or another cable provider. If your current supplier is a cable provider, you will need to contact them yourself to cancel the contract after you have received the activation date.
Plusnet Business Broadband Installation
Plusnet state that the switch over to them will take a minimum of 10 working days. In most cases, an engineer visit will not be necessary, and you can install the router yourself. If an engineer is required, this can take longer but they will inform you of this and arrange a date when you join them.
