Sky’s primary business is TV services with phone and internet services being offered as extras to create better packages for customers. Sky’s primary market is domestic customers. Their business services offer packages for businesses who have the public utilising their buildings.

Sky cater their business services to five business types: pubs, hotels, clubs, care homes, and offices. They have built packages that allow each of these business types to create a package that suits them and their customers. All packages are based on TV services with WiFi services as part of the bundle. They offer two levels of WiFi: standard WiFi and premium WiFi. Standard WiFi offers speeds up to 17Mbps and premium WiFi up to 76Mbps.

Sky also offers a partnership service with Molson Coor to give pub businesses the ability to have 2 display advertising screens installed so that they can promote both Molson Coors products and Sky Sports services alongside other advertising.
