TalkTalk has been providing business internet services for over 20 years and they support businesses of all sizes with their varied packages. TalkTalk offers a wide range of business communication services that help businesses to get all their internet, data, voice and mobile needs from one provider.
TalkTalk started as Opal Telecoms in 1995 who specialised in business telephone services. In 2002 they were purchased by Carphone Warehouse and became TalkTalk. In 2003 TalkTalk launched into the domestic market as a result of the Communications Act. In 2010 TalkTalk parted from Carphone Warehouse and set up TV services.
They also provide data networking products, which includes MPLS IPVPN to enable multiple sites to share a single secure network, and data centres. TalkTalk also offers phone and mobile services including SIP Trunking, phone systems, and call management systems.
Switching To TalkTalk Business Broadband
If you want to switch to TalkTalk you can use their availability checker to see what products and services are available in your area. If you want to proceed to switch you will need to provide your business details including bank account details for the direct debit payments to be set up. Once you have provided your business details TalkTalk will do the rest of the switch for you.
It typically takes around two weeks to switch to TalkTalk but this can vary depending on your premises, the product chosen and what services you currently have.

Installation of the broadband services usually takes place with two weeks. The installation requirements will depend on the products and services selected as well as the services that you already have installed. An engineer visit may be required in some circumstances.

TalkTalk does offer a customer fault line that operates 7 days a week but the number is not published on the website.
