Zen Background

Zen has been established for over 20 years when it was set up as an ISP business. Zen now offers a wide range of data, voice and hosting services to businesses and domestic customers across the UK. They have been providing broadband services since 2000.

Zen offers a Next Generation Network through their state of the art data centres and their in-house expertise. This enables Zen to offer integrated infrastructure to businesses that will keep their critical services running. They completed a major upgrade to their network which they claim makes them one of the most advanced data networks in Europe which is resilient, agile, scalable and efficient.

Zen now covers over 500,000 postcodes and most of the UK. They offer ultrafast fibre to the premises (FTTP) connections which is one of the few UK providers who is currently offering this connection as widely.

Switching To Zen Business Broadband

If you want to switch to Zen, you can switch online or over the phone. If you are switching from a provider that uses BT lines or fibre, then Zen will complete the switch for you including letting your current provider know.

If you have cable connection such as Virgin Media, Zen will carry out the connection for you, but you will need to contact your current provider to cancel your contract. Zen will let you know when to cancel your contract to minimise disruption.

Zen Business Broadband Installation

Zen routers can be installed without the need for an engineer to visit so in most cases an engineer will not be sent to set up your new broadband connection. Zen has several guides to help you through the setup process.
